Yes, you can do this by arrangement. Please mention this when you book.
Do you use genuine or aftermarket parts?
We offer customers the choice of genuine or aftermarket before we start work. We ensure any aftermarket parts are high quality before we stock them.
I’m a courier and I need to keep my run on track, do offer a loan van?
Yes, we have vans available as loan vans. Bookings are essential, conditions apply.
Do you charge an after-hours surcharge?
No, we do not charge a surcharge for work done on weekends or public holidays.
Can I get my new car serviced at Brisbane Autocare without affecting my warranty?
Absolutely! All of our mechanics are fully trained and qualified to work on new (and not so new) cars. We use high-quality components (genuine or aftermarket – it is your choice) to complete the service. We then stamp your logbook.
Is Brisbane Autocare just for commercial fleets and taxis?
No – Brisbane Autocare now offers its range of mechanical services to the public. You can book your private vehicle in and it will get the same excellent service that professional drivers enjoy. Don’t forget – we are open 7 days a week!
Do I need to book my car in?
Yes, we do recommend that you book ahead as we are often busy. As we are also fleet specialists, we pride ourselves on quick turnarounds so you can be assured your car will be back on the road in no time.
Are you open on the weekends and public holidays?
Yes! We are open every day of the year for your convenience. We do not charge any additional surcharges for work done on weekends and holidays.
What are you contact hours?
We are available to take your call between 7.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday, and after 8am Saturday and Sundays. It is best if you use our contact form to sned any queries.
